❓ Why Is My Payment Still Verifying
When you make a payment on Overgear, it may briefly show a "Verifying your payment" status while our system confirms the transaction.
In most cases, this takes just a few minutes.
If the payment has been verifying for more than 15 minutes and the money has already left your bank account, it most likely went through successfully and has been credited to your Overgear balance.

Open Overgear in a new tab
Check the top right corner of the page - your balance should be visible there
If your balance reflects the payment, you can safely close the "Verifying your payment" page
🛒 Intended to Pay for an Order Directly?
If you meant for this payment to go toward a specific order rather than topping up your balance - no worries, this can occasionally happen.
Simply reorder using your Overgear balance and it will go through smoothly.
