Learn how to request a refund to your original payment method and what to expect.


❓ How to Request a Refund to My Original Payment Method?

If you prefer not to keep the funds on your Overgear balance, you can request a withdrawal to your original payment method.

To do so, contact customer support via live chat.


❌ When OPM Refunds Are Not Possible

Refunds to your original payment method are not available if:

  • The service was already fully delivered

  • You initiated a chargeback without contacting support first

  • The request is due to price changes

  • Account issues were caused by your own actions

  • You interfered with the order (e.g. logged in during boosting without prior agreement)


⏳ Processing Times

  • Up to 12 business days to initiate the withdrawal

  • After that: 1-14 business days depending on your payment provider
