Balance Refunds

Learn how refunds are credited to your Overgear account balance and how to use them.


❓ When Can I Get a Refund?

When a refund is approved, funds are first credited to your Overgear account balance.

This happens in the following cases:

  • Your order was cancelled

  • The service was not delivered or only partially completed

  • The service quality was significantly below expectations

  • An arbitration case was opened and a refund decision was made

ℹ️ All refund decisions are reviewed individually and remain at the discretion of Overgear.


πŸ”Ž How It Works

Once your refund is approved, the funds will appear in your Overgear Wallet and can be used immediately.

You can use your balance to:

  • Pay for any new order on the platform

  • Cover part of a purchase alongside other payment methods


πŸ“‘ How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Open your order page

  2. Click I Need Help or contact support via live chat

  3. Submit your request with details

ℹ️ You can also try resolving the issue directly with the contractor before contacting support via the order chat/Discord conversation.


✍️ Important Notes

  • Refunds are always credited to your Overgear balance first

  • No additional fees are charged

  • Your balance is available immediately after the refund is processed
