If I Cancel an Order, When Will I Get a Refund
After the refund is processed, the funds are credited to your account balance instantly. If you don’t see the funds right away, please refresh the page.
How to Empty My Cart
Click the cart icon in the top right corner of your profile page, then click Remove under each item until your cart is empty.
Seller Is Not Responding
First, check if the seller is online and review your order status.
If the status is NEW or Waiting for the seller to view, the seller has not opened your order yet. You can wait or cancel the order - the funds will be instantly returned to your balance
If the status is In Progress or Delivery is Delayed, please contact support via live chat - we’ll assist you right away
What Is thе ETA
The ETA is displayed on your order page and shows the estimated time required to complete your order.
The time needed to find a booster is not included in the ETA. This usually takes no more than a few hours.
When Will the Booster Start My Order
Once a booster is assigned, they will join your Discord conference, and you can coordinate a suitable start time directly with them.
How Can I Cancel Newsletters Subscription
