❓ How to Cancel an Order
If your order has not yet been taken into work and its status is NEW, you can cancel it and receive an instant refund to your account balance.
To do this, open the order page and click Cancel Order.
🔎 How to Cancel an Active Order
If your order has already been accepted and you want to cancel it, you can open an arbitration.
To do this, open your order page and click I Need Help.
After that, you will be prompted to submit a ticket. You need to:
Select a subject
Briefly describe the issue
Confirm the ticket
After you submit the ticket, a member of our support team will respond there and provide further instructions.
