Unfortunately, PayPal’s user agreement prohibits using it to pay for any piloted services or currencies. That’s why you don’t see it as an option at checkout. PayPal is currently available only for self-play services, such as Dungeons, Raids, PvP, and more.
If Self-Play is not suitable for you or you need to buy currency, we recommend using one of the alternative payment methods available on our website.

Most likely, the reason you don't see the Online Banking option is that your profile currency is set to USD. Please try switching it to EUR - this should make it appear. You might also need to reload the page once it is done.
