The name must contain at least two words, with each word being at least two characters long.

Double-check the email address you enter! Mistakes can lead to serious issues:
If the email belongs to someone else, you will lose your money.
If no PayPal account exists for that email, the funds will be held by PayPal for 30 days before being returned to your website balance.

The wallet address must start with "T" and be 34 characters long.

🧮 Enter Withdrawal Amount
You can request multiple withdrawals of different amounts, but keep in mind the following limits:
Visa – Minimum withdrawal: $20
PayPal & Crypto – Minimum withdrawal: $2.50
Maximum withdrawal limits are displayed on your Payouts page.
🗓️ Choose a Withdrawal Time Option
Each withdrawal method has two processing speed options with different fees.

Express – 2-5 business days (weekends excluded) → 6% fee

✅ Submit Your Request
Check the final withdrawal amount after taking fees and click the Request Payout button. The verification code will be sent to your email used for registrations. Once entered, your withdrawal setup will be finalized.

🔹 My Active Withdrawal Appears On Hold
If your withdrawal status shows On Hold, it simply means it is in the queue for processing. No action is required - your withdrawal will be processed within the timeframe you selected.
🔹 How Can I Check My Active Withdrawal Details?
Go to the Payment History tab of your profile
Scroll down until you see your withdrawal
Click the gear icon ⚙️ next to it and select More Info
A window will open showing all the withdrawal details
🔹 I Want to Change Method or Time Option in My Active Withdrawal
To make changes, we will need to cancel your current withdrawal request so you can set up a new one. If a significant amount of time has already passed since the original request, we will adjust the timing accordingly so you don’t have to wait longer than necessary.
🔹 I Don't Receive the Verification Code
Sometimes confirmation codes may not reach your inbox. Here are the most common reasons:
Your inbox is full, or you have active filters/rules that delete or block emails.
The issue may be related to your email domain. Some domains occasionally fail to receive automated emails with codes from us.
Clear your inbox and check your spam, then review your email filters and rules. If the problem continues, contact Live Support on the website. We will help you change your email address.
🔹 Can You Send Withdrawals in Other Cryptocurrencies
We currently only support USDT on the TRC-20 network.
