After you confirm that you received your order, you cannot create a dispute by yourself. Be attentive when confirming the order in case you don't receive the order properly and have claims.
Important: If you do not confirm the order delivery in 3 days after the seller confirms completing your order, the status will be changed to “Completed” automatically and it will be impossible to create a dispute. The seller will have a right to request the deal’s confirmation by contacting arbitrage.
What to do if you confirmed the order accidently
You can contact Customer support in case you confirmed the delivery before you received the order or after receiving an incomplete order.
