A partial refund is possible when the order is carried out not completely, the deadline is exceeded, or the conditions of the deal are violated. In most cases, the disputes regarding the incomplete orders are reviewed by the Arbitrage. But you can try making personal arrangements with the Seller.
An order may be considered partially completed if it meets the following conditions:
1. Over 30% is completed;
2. The Seller has presented a reasonable argument of not being able
to continue performing the task;
3. The order was completed, but not all conditions were met;
4. The deadline on the item/service delivery was exceeded.
The notion of a partially completed order does not apply to titles and achievements that are time-limited (they won't be available after a certain time), e.g. Gladiator, Hero of the Alliance or the Horde. If the Seller takes an order of the kind but they lack 1 Rating to get the title, the order is considered completely failed.
