There is a chance that the order is delivered to the wrong address or carried out on the wrong character or account, this is why:
1. Check the data you sent to your Seller;
2. Ask the Seller in the chat to check if they have sent the order to the wrong address.
If the data you provided was correct, the Seller is obliged to deliver to the ordered service. In case they don't, address Arbitrage with a detailed description of your problem and wait for the decision without any further debates with the Seller.
Arbitrage will review your problem and contact the Seller. If they fail to provide any evidence, we will order a complete refund to you. In some cases, Arbitrage is entitled to apply the partial delivery policy and refund the expenditures based on the portion of the job done by the Seller and its correspondence with the order. If the order was sent (provided the Seller can prove it), but was frozen or cancelled due to a gaming situation or the game administration actions, the order is considered completed.
If the Seller fails to prove order completion, the debate is automatically resolved in your favor. Any activity of fraudulent nature on either side is punished by permanent account blocking and freezing all the funds on it.
