An order profile containing all the order details and the status granted to it appears in your Profile as soon as the payment is completed.
1. New — active until the Seller sees the order details' page;
2. In progress — as long as this status is active, the Seller is obliged to deliver the service you've purchased within the time found in the order details or negotiated directly;
3. Completed — you've confirmed order delivery, the deal is considered closed. This status is also granted to the order in case you fail to confirm delivery within 72 hours after its completion and do not address arbitration. If order completion process involves arbitration, it is marked with 'Completed by arbitrage';
4. Arbitrage — is granted, if order delivery entails problems, and one of the Parties requests arbitration to resolve the conflict arisen;
