❓ When Can I Get a Refund?

You can request a refund in the following situations:

  • Your order was canceled

  • The service was not delivered or only partially completed

  • The service quality was significantly below expectations

  • An arbitration case was opened and a refund decision was made

ℹ️ All refund decisions are reviewed individually and remain at the discretion of Overgear.


🧩 When Can I Get a Partial Refund?

In some cases, you may receive a partial refund instead of a full one.

This usually happens when:

  • The order was partially completed

  • Part of the service was delivered successfully

  • Only a part of the order was affected by an issue

The final amount is determined after reviewing the case.


πŸ”Ž How It Works

Refunds are processed in two steps:

Step 1 - Balance Credit

Funds are first credited to your Overgear account balance.

You can:

  • Use them for another purchase

  • Request a withdrawal to your original payment method

Step 2 - Withdrawal (Optional)

If requested, funds can be returned to your original payment method.

  • Processing time: up to 12 business days to initiate

  • After that: 1–14 business days depending on your payment method


❌ When Refunds Are Not Possible

Refunds are not provided if:

  • The service was already fully delivered

  • You initiated a chargeback without contacting support

  • The request is due to price changes

  • Account issues were caused by your own actions

  • You interfered with the order (e.g., logged in during boosting without agreement)

To request a refund:

  1. Open your order page

  2. Click I Need Help or contact support via live chat

  3. Submit your request with details

ℹ️ You can also try resolving the issue directly with the seller before contacting support.

  • Refunds are always returned to your Overgear balance first

  • You can request withdrawal to your original payment method

  • Refunds are processed only to the original payment method

  • No additional fees are charged for refunds

  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
